The 2023 Tri-State’s Top Comic is an entertainment-filled, hilarious event to raise funds for Daisy’s New Beginnings, a non-profit organization. Each year, there are hundreds of rescue dogs in Tri-state shelters who require major medical care so they can be adopted. All funds raised from our events go directly to pay the Veterinary costs incurred by the local shelters for these dogs. This fun event features 4 comedians with ties to the Tri-State who will each perform, and the audience will vote to determine who is the 2023 Tri-State’s Top Comic. Our hosts are Pat Godwin, a professional comedian with a tremendous resume’, and Kat Mykals, on-air personality at 103 WGBF Radio. The evening will conclude with a comedy performance from Pat.

There will be a delicious dinner and cash bar service provided by Prime Time Pub and Grill. We expect 350 to 400 attendees for the event. The show will be Wednesday, March 15th, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm CST at the beautiful Friedman Park Event Center in Newburgh. Doors open at 5:00 pm. Monte Skelton will be providing live music during dinner. Some of the local rescue dogs who benefit from Daisy’s New Beginnings will also be in attendance, so people can meet them and experience for themselves how deserving they are of our generosity.
